Spring has sprung at Assaggio and I look forward to the new season every year. Tasty vegetables and fresh cut flowers will start to bloom all over Pike Place Market, putting a spring back in my step and in turn my restaurant. Assaggio will soon be offering a revised lunch menu, focusing on many lighter items that are perfect for the sunny days to come.

But for today, I am very excited to announce that we have a brand new Web site! The updated design better reflects the warm culinary passion that I want to share with all of you, and I think much easier to navigate. Please take a moment to look around and I would love to hear your feedback.
